Commercial invoice, packing list, bill of lading / air waybill (we can arrange), certificate of origin (if applicable), import permit (for restricted goods), and any special declarations (e.g., hazardous, wood packaging).
Do you handle customs clearance in South Africa?
Yes — our team manages full customs clearing at all major ports and airports, including SARS declarations, duty & VAT payments (on your behalf), and release facilitation.
Do you provide insurance for shipments?
We offer cargo insurance through trusted partners covering loss, damage, or theft. Coverage is optional but highly recommended. Rates are typically 0.3–0.8% of cargo value.
How do I get a quote?
